Youtilly: The platform for property maintenance

Facility management rethought

The digital platform Youtilly offers transparent and simple solutions in the field of property maintenance, benefiting tenants, service providers and owners alike.

Youtilly is the industry solution for transparent, digital and tenant-oriented contract management in the areas of green and outdoor maintenance and winter services. The digital platform was founded in 2021 by the LEG real estate group. Youtilly supports the digitalisation and optimisation of service management. Owners and service companies work on one platform and thus receive a central overview of all services. Owners know at all times what is happening in their properties and receive service records, invoices and much more completely digitally.

Service providers receive - in addition to the possibility to easily apply for contracts digitally throughout Germany - software for transparent contract management and sustainable, simple quality assurance. And, last but not least, the transparency created by Youtilly promotes traceability for tenants as to what and for whom they pay their service charges. At the same time, they can use the feedback option to actively help shape their living space.
