Our Company

LEG is a leading listed housing company in Germany with headquarters in Düsseldorf and the largest landlord in the most populous state of North Rhine-Westphalia. With its housing stock, LEG meets the growing demand for affordable housing.

The satisfaction of our customers is particularly important to us. It is our aim to continuously improve the level of service for our tenants through target group orientation, social and neighborhood management and personal service.

Our strategy

In order to achieve the above-mentioned goal, we pursue a sustainable, value-oriented business model that is geared towards growth and the needs of our tenants, thus combining the interests of our shareholders and customers. Our growth strategy is based on organic growth, including value-enhancing investments in existing housing stock, the acquisition of suitable housing stock, as well as new construction and value-added services.
