If our tenants feel at home and our employees are doing a good job, then we can also meet the demands of our shareholders.

Therefore: it is important that the shower functions properly in the elderly woman's flat; it is important that the heating costs for a family of five are not astronomical: it is important that the young man entering his apprenticeship is not dealing with unsealed windows. At the same time, we want our employees – our customer service representatives – to feel justly treated by the customer centre manager, and that the LEG controller has the opportunity to take time off with her family as compensation for all of the overtime. Otherwise, our overall strategy doesn't work, since it is based on the interconnection of many areas and components that must mesh and work seamlessly together. For us, there is the direct correlation between good neighbours, content employees and a good share price.
